When you sign up or are added to Relay, we may collect:

  • Payment Information (processed through secure third-party payment gateways)

For riders, additional details may include:

  • Rider Profile Information (name, phone number, ID, etc.)
  • Location Data (real-time GPS tracking for dispatch, delivery, and safety)
  • Employment/association details (as provided by the logistics company)

b. Business and Operational Data

  • Delivery and transaction records
  • Fleet and rider assignments
  • Customer delivery information (e.g., recipient names, addresses, and contact numbers as entered by the logistics company)

c. Technical Information

  • IP address
  • Device type
  • Browser type
  • Operating system
  • Usage logs and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Relay Business Dashboard and Rider App
  • Enable rider dispatching, delivery tracking, and operational reporting

  • Enhance platform security, detect fraud, and monitor suspicious activity

  • With Logistics Companies: Rider and delivery data (such as location, delivery status, and rider details) are shared with the logistics company managing that rider.

  • Business Transfers: If Relay is acquired, merged, or sold, your data may be transferred to the new entity

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure servers. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage all users (businesses and riders) to use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.

We retain your data as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your data.
